Your Samsung DVR comes with a 1 TB HDD. It also utilizes H.264 compression technology, maximizing recording time. Your Samsung Security System can also be set for remote monitoring through your PC and your smartphones. A free app called iPOLis mobile is available for download on your iPhone and Android devices. The SDE-4001N will also send you email alerts. Your surveillance cameras must be set for motion detection and set up to send you emails when motion is detected. Your Surveillance DVR system can also be linked with your other Samsung security system through Smartviewer. You can link an infinite number of security DVR systems and monitor them at one central location.

Both SEB-1005R and SED-1001R have lenses with focus length of 3.8mm, a vertical visual angle of 40?, and a horizontal visual angle of 54?. As you know, you have 6 Samsung surveillance cameras straight out of the box but also 2 open channels.

Other 8 Channel Systems SDE-4002 Samsung’s 8 Channel security DVR system. Comes with 4 x SEB-1007R and 4 x SED-1001R (Dome Camera). Same system as the SDE-4001N but comes with 4 plastic security box cameras and 4 dome cameras.
