For 2012, we made improvements to Samsung Smart TV to help maximise your internet TV experience. As a start we introduced a Full Web Browser that is HTML5 and Flash compatible, so lots of content appears as it should when surfing the net.

Inputting text on a conventional Samsung TV remote control can become a thing of the past thanks to USB keyboard and mouse+ compatibility on Samsung's 2012 Smart TVs. Thanks to integrated Bluetooth on the ES7500 series, wireless Bluetooth keyboard and mouse+ devices are also supported, providing greater freedom for internet access.

Recordings can also be made even if the TV is on stand by, and with no tapes to re-wind and support for HD recordings, enjoying your favourite TV programs is a breeze.
