With the Ultratec pizza oven you can bake pizza under a terracotta hood quickly and easily. The ambience and the Italian flair bring the pizzarets automatically. The built-in thermostat saves up to 30% energy compared to the previous model.

The Ultratec Pizzarete with metal baking plate works according to the same principle as a large pizza oven. The bottom stores the heat and maintains its temperature, the pizza dough bakes fast and evenly through the high continuous heat.

The own mini pizza and bake

With 4 or 6 openings for a mini pizza each, the Ultratec pizza oven is ideal for a convivial meal. The dough cutter helps to fill the individual blades with the appropriate quantity of dough (diameter: approx. 11 cm). Of course, a large pizza with the size of about 25 cm can be prepared.

In a short time, ready to go - just a few steps to the finished mini pizza

The preheating time is 10 minutes. Two powerful heating loops and the hood ensure that the pizzas are as successful as the good Italians know - the ground crispy, the coating juicy. The baking time is about 5-7 minutes.

Creative preparation in real terracotta oven

A wonderfully rustic and particularly social way to enjoy pizza: the stale terracotta oven offers the possibility to bake your own favorite pizza - either directly on the baking tray or on the pans.
