When a drill driver or combi drill just won't cope, an Impact Driver is the tool of choice for both the professional and the cultured DIYer.

Silverline has designed the 10.8 V Impact Driver to be compact and lightweight, enabling it to be used overhead and in awkward positions, including in cupboards and darker places, thanks to the integrated LED work light.

90Nm of torque delivers a maximum speed of 2200 rpm for no nonsense driving of screws and fixings into wood and other materials.

Excess vibration is taken care of by a soft-grip handle, which also promotes a controlled and comfortable grip.

Featuring a 1/4 inch hex bit holder, the Silverline Impact Driver accepts all screwdriver bits with the standard 1/4 inch fitting, including 25 mm and 50 mm versions. Whereas standard screwdriver bits are compatible with this drill, specialist impact bits are available and are harder and stronger than standard screwdriver bits, meaning that they can withstand the additional torque that this tool generates without warping or twisting.

The Silverline 10.8 V Impact Driver is supplied with a 1.3 Ah Li-ion battery as well as an intelligent charger, which regulates voltage to efficiently charge the battery and ceases charging once full. This prolongs battery life and aids consistent output.

Also supplied with a carry case for easy transportation and storage.
