The conveyor toaster RCKT-1940 from Royal Catering is ideal for buffets, self service restaurants, cafes, bakeries and hotels and hostels.  The conveyor track allows for a continuous flow of toast, and this track has an adjustable seven speed setting, which allows for the toast bread to be toasted to specific requirements and tastes. Level one is ideal for white/light breads as this speed is fairly fast. This level is able to toast upto 720 slices an hour. For darker or crispier bread simply raise the level. The higher the level the slower the conveyor resulting in toast specific to your taste. At Level 3 you can get up to 420 toasts per hour and level 7 can produce up to 180 very crispy pieces of  toast. A switch is available to select between three different modes:  energy-saving, standby and the "Buns"" mode. This mode only the heats one side whereas the mode ""Bread"" will heat both top and bottom. The conveyor toaster works at 2,200 watts, which guarantees the best results for your toasted pastry. The cabinet of the conveyor toaster RCKT-1940 consists of stainless steel and the interior is made of aluminium. To make cleaning easier, this model has a removable drawer. This catches all crumbs during use and can be easily removed and rinsed after use. Four height-adjustable stainless steel feet ensure a secure stand on any surface. The toasted bread, when finished, can be ejected either from the front of the appliance or via an additional output tray on the back of the toaster. A built-in fan ensures that the appliance is adequately cooled during use, which protect the toaster from overheating during those long busy days.
