The DGA456Z is a cordless 115mm Angle Grinder, with soft start and slide type switch, powered by 18V Li-ion battery (not included) to supply energy to the brushless motor to deliver up to 8,500 rpm for faster grinding. The brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for a longer life and uses energy to match torque and rpm to the changing demands of the application.

The Angle Grinder has a high powered motor, with automatic speed control. The motor automatically changes the cutting speed according to the load condition for optimum operation. Soft start suppresses the start-up for smooth start-ups and longer gear life and anti-restart function is engineered to prevent the motor starting up when the battery is inserted with the switch locked on. The gear housing can be rotated to suit most cutting and grinding applications and the side handle can be installed on either side of the tool for operator convenience.
