The George Foreman Smokeless Contact Grill has been specially designed to allow low-smoke contact grilling with up to 87% less smoke*. The lower grill plate of the George Foreman Smokeless contact grill is designed to direct hot grease and liquids directly into the drip tray where they cool quickly. Since they do not burn directly on the grill surface, the formation of smoke and smell is minimised. The integrated ventilation system allows cool air to enter the device so that it does not overheat and prevents the burning of fat on the grill plate/drip tray. This prevents oily odours.
