CaptureOnTouch enables two methods of scanning: ‘Scan First’ allows the user to scan a document and then select a preferred file format and destination while ‘Select Scan Job’ allows the operator to use a pre-configured job button to direct documents to specific workflow files. So, for example, job application forms can be routed to a dedicated HR email address. Powerful applications.
