Q: Should I expect any major damages/cosmetic blemishes on my product, just because they are refurbished?
A: No! For all of our products, they are fully refurbished, which includes multiple cosmetic inspection. Any product with stainless steel finishes and other type of metallic finishes are in almost as new condition, while any paint surfaces might have hairline scratches or scuffs that will not be easily noticeable. For more question on condition of each products, please call us with product number and we can assist you better. Thank you.


Due to the size and weight of this product, this product does not qualify for In-home Delivery. It will be shipped via Curbside Drop Off Freight service

MAKE SURE TO OPEN THE PACKAGING AND FULLY INSPECT INSIDE OF THE SHIPMENT FOR ANY CONCEALED DAMAGES, BEFORE SIGNING FOR DELIVERY RECEIPT. DAMAGES ON THE OUTER CARTON IS A DEAD GIVEAWAY.

If any damages are found on the product itself, you have an option to decide if the damages are acceptable for your standard or not - If it's a very minor damage and you feel like you can live with it, please accept the delivery, and note the damage in Bill of lading (the delivery paper) before you sign it and contact us immediately. This is much more cost effective than refusing delivery just for small blemish and having to go through entire replacement process. - If it seems like damages are not acceptable in any ways, or seems to effect the proper functionality of the product, please refuse the delivery.

A refurbished product may have few dents or scratches on the side or back of the unit.

    • All merchandise will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or Trucking Company depending on weight, size and destination at the shipping address provided by you.
    • Shipment to APO/FPO(Military address) can only be shipped via USPS(Postal service)
    • To cancel or make any changes in the shipment of your order you are requested to give us prior notice. For any changes in the shipping address you will need to contact our customer service immediately or email us at info@samstores.com.
    • We do not accept any change in the shipping address after the merchandise has already been shipped. We do not ship on weekends as the UPS is closed.

      • Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers. Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA. We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
      • FOR LARGE APPLIANCE, TELEVISIONS AND OTHER ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS
        VISIBLE & CONCEALED SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY
      • Our provided carrier varies on the shipping location, and curbside delivery with insurance included. Units, such as large appliances , will be padded, boxed, and secured to a wooden skid to further prevent any damage during transit. Due to time restrictions by the freight companies, we do not offer inside delivery. Standard transit time to the lower 48 continental states is around 3 to 10 days from when your shipment is picked up from our warehouse in Illinois. A tracking number for your shipment will be issued to you via email. It is your responsibility to provide us with at least one phone number. Without a phone number, we will not be able to ship out your large home appliance(s). So if you are not registered with us, please call us or email us to provide us with your phone number.

        EEven with precautionary measures in packaging as mentioned above, any shipment can still be damaged during transit. Prior to signing off the delivery, please thoroughly inspect the shipment. In many cases, if you see any damage on the box, the unit is also damaged. You are allowed to open the box to fully inspect your shipment. If the truck driver refuses to let you inspect the shipment, please exercise your rights and demand both internal and external inspection prior to signing off on delivery.

      • What if my Product arrives broken
        IF DAMAGE IS OBSERVED, PLEASE REFUSE THE ITEM AND HAVE THE DRIVER RETURN THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY
        Report all physical damage to the driver, and have them clearly mark the Bill of Lading (shipping invoice) before signing.
        Samstores will not be responsible for shipping damage of any kind if the unit has been picked up, and driven to your address after signing the shipper’s invoice (bill of lading). We advise you only let the shipping companies handle delivery to your address.
        Our window of opportunity to file a claim with the shipping companies is limited. Please DO NOT sign the bill of lading until you have fully inspected the unit for damage.
        Once you have open the box while the driver waits, please check the screen for cracks or any other type of physical damage. If everything looks good, then sign the shipping invoice (bill of lading).
        What do I do once my Product is delivered?
        Please open and inspect the Plasma Display for physical damage immediately! Have the driver wait. Report all physical damage to the driver, and have them clearly mark the Bill of Lading (shipping invoice) before signing.
        ***IF DAMAGE IS OBSERVED, PLEASE REFUSE THE DISPLAYS AND HAVE THE DRIVER RETURN THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY***.
        Our window of opportunity to file a claim with the shipping companies is limited. Please inspect the display for any damages while the driver waits. Note any physical damage to the display box on this bill of lading invoice. If you notice any shipping damage please refuse the shipment. DAMAGE IS EXTREMELY RARE, YET WE WANT TO SEND YOU A NEW REPLACEMENT AS SOON AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. Taken a few minutes can save you several days of shipping delays. If everything looks good, then sign the shipping invoice (bill of lading).
        VISIBLE & CONCEALED SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY.. SAMSTORES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS.
      • Orders within the US will be shipped on the same day depending on its availability. After the order is shipped we send the tracking number to the customer by email or by telephone.
      • Under normal conditions, merchandise would take 4-6 business days to be delivered to you. Priority delivery is available upon request, for an extra charge
      • Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes.
      • Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code and number of items we can pack in each box for your order. There is a minimum charge per order of $6.00 for Ground Shipping to the 48 Contiguous States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are offered the choices of 2 Day Air or 1 Day Air. Canadian orders are offered the choices of Standard or Rush shipping. Post Office Box address orders are shipped via Parcel Post Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Orders to U.S. APO/FPO, Guam, Marshall Islands, Saipan, and other U.S. territories are shipped via USPS Surface Mail or Priority Mail. Some overweight or oversized items may not be available for shipment outside the 48 contiguous U.S. or to Post Office Boxes. For Large Appliances above 80 pounds the shipping rates may vary depending upon state. For Residential delivery there will additional $40 to $75 charge. Online charges for shipping are the approximate charges not the final shipping charge.
      • "In the event of any action to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled its costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, incurred in connection with such action."

        This agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of the state of Illinois, without regard to the principles of the conflict law. The language of this Agreement shall be deemed to be the result of negotiation among the parties and their respective counsel and shall not be construed strictly for or against any party. Each party

        i-agrees that any action arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be brought solely in courts of the state of ILLINIOS. ii hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of ILLINIOS and iii-agrees that whenever a party is requested to execute one or more documents evidencing such consents it shall so do immediately.
