Shipping / Handling policy.
 

    • All merchandise will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or Trucking Company depending on weight, size and destination at the shipping address provided by you.
    • Shipment to APO/FPO(Military address) can only be shipped via USPS(Postal service)
    • To cancel or make any changes in the shipment of your order you are requested to give us prior notice. For any changes in the shipping address you will need to contact our customer service immediately by email at info@samstores.com.
    • We do not accept any change in the shipping address after the merchandise has already been shipped. We do not ship on weekends as the UPS is closed.
    • Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not working days
    • Deliveries are to curb side for large packages which are 75lbs more and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers  LTL freight companies we use do not deliver inside homes. Shipment which are shipped on pallet are shipped  via freight LTL and are curbside only
    • Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers. Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA. We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.

      VISIBLE  & CONCEALED SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY
      What if my Product arrives broken
      IF DAMAGE IS OBSERVED, PLEASE REFUSE THE ITEM AND HAVE THE DRIVER RETURN THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY
      Report all physical damage to the driver, and have them clearly mark the Bill of Lading (shipping invoice) before signing.
      Samstores will not be responsible for shipping damage of any kind if the unit has been picked up, and driven to your address after signing the shipper’s invoice (bill of lading). We advise you only let the shipping companies handle delivery to your address.
      Our window of opportunity to file a claim with the shipping companies is limited. Please DO NOT sign the bill of lading until you have fully inspected the unit for damage.
      Once you have open the box while the driver waits, please check the screen for cracks or any other type of physical damage. If everything looks good, then sign the shipping invoice (bill of lading).
      What do I do once my Product is delivered?
      Please open and inspect the Plasma Display for physical damage immediately! Have the driver wait. Report all physical damage to the driver, and have them clearly mark the Bill of Lading (shipping invoice) before signing.
      ***IF DAMAGE IS OBSERVED, PLEASE REFUSE THE DISPLAYS AND HAVE THE DRIVER RETURN THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY***.
      Our window of opportunity to file a claim with the shipping companies is limited. Please inspect the display for any damages while the driver waits. Note any physical damage to the display box on this bill of lading invoice. If you notice any shipping damage please refuse the shipment. DAMAGE IS EXTREMELY RARE, YET WE WANT TO SEND YOU A NEW REPLACEMENT AS SOON AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. Taken a few minutes can save you several days of shipping delays. If everything looks good, then sign the shipping invoice (bill of lading).
      VISIBLE & CONCEALED SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY.. SAMSTORES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS.
    • Samstores will not be responsible once the item or products are picked up from our warehouse by the customer in person or by his shipping company..

      It is customer responsibility to make sure before he picks up the unit to inspect and check the unit.

      Once the unit leave our warehouse it will be the purchaser or the customer responsibility for any physical damage on the unit or packing of the unit  not samstores

      Since the item is not shipped by samstores shipping company. We will not be responsible for any shipping damage or claims  if the item or product arrived broken or damage

    • Orders within the US will be shipped on the same day depending on its availability. After the order is shipped we send the tracking number to the customer by email or by telephone.Under normal conditions, merchandise would take 4-6 business days to be delivered to you. Priority delivery is available upon request, for an extra charge

    • Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes.
    • Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code and number of items we can pack in each box for your order. There is a minimum charge per order of $6.00 for Ground Shipping to the 48 Contiguous States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are offered the choices of 2 Day Air or 1 Day Air. Canadian orders are offered the choices of Standard or Rush shipping. Post Office Box address orders are shipped via Parcel Post Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Orders to U.S. APO/FPO, Guam, Marshall Islands, Saipan, and other U.S. territories are shipped via USPS Surface Mail or Priority Mail. Some overweight or oversized items may not be available for shipment outside the 48 contiguous U.S. or to Post Office Boxes. For Large Appliances above 80 pounds the shipping rates may vary depending upon state. For Residential delivery there will additional $40 to $75 charge. Online charges for shipping are the approximate charges not the final shipping charge.
      • Speed Queen Appliances are  special order   including washer and dryer are non cancellable and  non returnable once the order is placed

Order Confirmation

Order confirmation for an Online order:
When you place your order online, your credit card information is verified, and then you will receive a confirmation via email and / or phone notifying you that your order has been processed. Once your order is shipped, the UPS tracking number will be provided by email and / or phone. For International orders, we will await approval of shipping charges before processing your order.

This agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of the state of Illinois, without regard to the principles of the conflict law. The language of this Agreement shall be deemed to be the result of negotiation among the parties and their respective counsel and shall not be construed strictly for or against any party. Each party

i-agrees that any action arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be brought solely in courts of the state of ILLINIOS. ii hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of ILLINIOS and iii-agrees that whenever a party is requested to execute one or more documents evidencing such consents it shall so do immediately.



Sales Tax

Customers from llinois State will need to pay a Sales Tax of 8.75%.


Return Policy

    • Our return policy is formulated to ensure customer satisfaction. Most of the brand name products we carry come with a standard one year international warranty from the manufacturers (Not valid in USA). On top of that, we offer a return policy of our own with the following terms and conditions:

    • We always try to carry top quality products. If we don't like it we don't sell it! This lets us sell our products with total confidence. However, as with all machine made products some repair work might become necessary and the following terms apply: Except for TVs and All Wireless Devices including(Cell Phones, Bluetooth Headset, Pocket PC, PDA, Ultra Mobile PC) & we will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30 days.

    • You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning items. Please e-mail info@samstores.com and fill up the form and fax it back to us at 1-847-960-4981.Once we receive the RMA form we will provide you with a RMA number via email or phone. Put the RMA number above the address label on the outside of your shipment not on the original box. We cannot accept returns without an RMA. You need to give 1 to 2 business to get a RMA number.

    • All wireless devices including(Cell Phones, Bluetooth Headset, Pocket PC, PDA, Ultra Mobile PC) & Camcorders are only exchangeable for same within 5 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 5 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty service is available.If you are looking for any particular color for cell phone please put it in the comments section of shopping cart. Cell Phone colors are not guranteed.
      Network Operations and some features is network dependent. Please note that the MMS related services are dependent on the network as well as on the compatibility of the devices used and the content formats supported. Please check the availability of MMS, GPRS, WAP, and Internet services with your network operator and/or service provider. Buyers are responsible for ensuring this item's compatibility with their network operator / service provider. Sam stores guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% with support. If you setup the phone properly, you will have the entire feature working on the phone. For additional setup instruction please contact your current phone service provider or look for instruction on www.howardforum.com. There will be no refund or exchange if you are unable to setup the browser, mms, sms, gprs, wap or any other internet related setup except the voice feature.
      samstores does not gurantee the setup for 3G and 4G for carriers, customers are responsible for 3G and 4G setup and all other wireless setup with their carriers.

    • Multi-System TVs from any Brand  only carries International manufacturer warranty (Not Valid in US). All products we sell, except TVs and GSM Cell phones, come with a one-year international warranty (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge. Please check with the manufacturer warranty service is available in USA and Canada
    • After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
      Keep the boxes! Any item that needs to be serviced, exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its original manufacturer carton and with matching serial number and then double boxed. Otherwise we will not be able to repair, exchange or refund for the item.Not valid for Cell phone, camcorders and Television.
    • If the product listing  says NOT FOR USA. ( United States of America) You are not suppose to use that product in United States. As you will be voiding the warranty and no returns will be taken on that unit.
    • Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
    • You may upgrade or downgrade an item within 30 days of purchase as long as the originally purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box.Not valid for Cell phone. camcorders and Television.
    • Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any caseas we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
    • Special orders or items ordered from the factory cannot be cancelled once placed
    • Order are subjected to min 10% cancellation fees if cancelled after placing the order
    • Credit Card Dispute are charged a minimum $35 fee and are immediately turned over to a collection agency, and are reflected on your credit report. We strongly advise you to contact us before desputing any transaction with your credit card institution.
    • Speed Queen  washer and dryer is special order cannot be returned or cancelled 


Pricing and Typographical Errors

Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, samstores.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.


9A. If the competitor does not have item in stock Samstores will not match the price.  Price match can be only done with regular Brick & Motor Store based in USA
9B. Price match will be done for the total amount including shipping (Many companies charge more shipping and charge you less on the product. That's the reason we consider total cost for the price match policy.)
9C. If the item is not in the stock with Samstores. Samstores reserve the right to accept or decline the request.
9D. Price match can only be done through actual brick and motor store and not with companies running their business from garage, home or eBay.
9E. If you have found verifiable lower delivered price on in stock merchandize from repudiated authorized dealer we do our best to meet the price. Price match can only be done before placing the order. Once the order is placed we cannot match the price.

    • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. · If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, SamStores.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
    • If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Samstores.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
    • Samstores.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Samstores.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in accordance with our order limitation policy. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department.
    • We may require additional verifications or information before shipping any order. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing due to address verification.
    • Price Protection / Post Sale Price Changes Samstores.com product pricing is competitive, often changing daily. Samstores.com does not offer price protection on any purchases after placing your order, if the product drops below your original purchase.
    • Once an order is placed we hold the item for you until it ships out. In case you want to cancel the order there will be a 10% cancellation fee
    • Our site is not on real-time therefore some items may not be in stock. Please call to make sure that we have item in stock.
    • Samstores is not responsible for typo graphical errors for product description.All the product description are taken from manufacture sites.
