Versatility

The BM256 Bread Maker can be used to bake a 500g, 700g or 1kg loaf - and there are 12 baking programs and three crust colour settings to choose from. And not only can you use your BM256 to bake a fresh loaf every day, you can try out recipes for speciality breads. Just use the dough cycle to prepare the dough and then bake in the oven. Or use the pasta dough setting to create your own pasta dishes. You can even use your bread maker to make jams and marmalade.

 Performance

The BM256 can bake a family-sized loaf in under an hour and can be used for savoury, sweet, white, whole wheat, French, gluten free and pre-mixed varieties. What's more, you can set baking to start up to 15 hours in advance, so that you can wake up or come home to freshly baked bread, every day. There's a viewing window for you to keep an eye on baking progress and an 8-minute power interruption memory, which means you won't have to start all over again should you need to stop the machine part way through the cycle.
