Limitations:

This is only a video converter. It cannot play tapes or DVDs. It is to be connect in between a DVD player, VCR, DVd/VCR comber, etc... and a TV.

It will not tune tv channels, to do this you will need a cable box, satellite receiver, vcr, or DVD recorder
