The unlocked, white and black Neo 4.5 S330L 4GB Smartphone from BLU features dual SIM card slots, making it possible to utilize each slot for a different phone number. You can program two different phone numbers to this phone to help avoid roaming charges and eliminate the need to purchase a second phone.

The Neo 4.5 is powered by a 1.3 GHz ARM dual-core processor, complete with 512MB of RAM to give you the processing power required for playing games, watching movies, taking photos, and more. Additionally, you can store all of your multimedia content in the included 4GB internal memory. If the included memory isn't sufficient, you can slip a microSD card into the slot to add up to an additional 32GB of memory.

The display of the Neo 4.5 features a 854 x 480 resolution along with a pixel density of 218ppi and support for up to 16 million colors. With the enhanced pixel density and vast array of supported colors, you can view your movies, photos, and more in a whole new way. Additionally, you can capture all of your most important moments with the 3.2MP rear facing camera with the ability to record 720p HD video at up to 30 fps. Accompanying the rear camera is a front facing VGA camera designed to keep you up to date with friends and family through video chat.

GSM / 3.5G HSPA+ Wireless Connectivity

    This phone is designed to work on select GSM networks and is 3.5G HSPA+ capable. HSPA+ is a cellular network data protocol capable of data speeds much faster than standard 3G; in some cases, HSPA+ comes close to 4G LTE speeds, but is more widely available than LTE because it uses 3G networks. With an HSPA+ connection, this phone should have no problem streaming video, downloading apps, uploading photos, or anything else that requires a high speed data connection. The phone is also backwards compatible with 2G data networks for instances when you can't get an HSPA+ signal. In addition to cellular wireless, this phone also features Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
