Return Policy
 

    • Our return policy is formulated to ensure customer satisfaction. Most of the brand name products we carry come with a standard one year international warranty from the manufacturers (Not valid in USA). On top of that, we offer a return policy of our own with the following terms and conditions:

    • We always try to carry top quality products. If we don't like it we don't sell it! This lets us sell our products with total confidence. However, as with all machine made products some repair work might become necessary and the following terms apply: Except for TVs and All Wireless Devices including(Cell Phones, Bluetooth Headset, Pocket PC, PDA, Ultra Mobile PC) & we will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30 days.

    • You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning items. Please e-mail info@samstores.com or click here  and fill up the form and fax it back to us at 1-847-960-4981.Once we receive the RMA form we will provide you with a RMA number via email or phone. Put the RMA number above the address label on the outside of your shipment not on the original box. We cannot accept returns without an RMA.

    • All wireless devices including(Cell Phones, Bluetooth Headset, Pocket PC, PDA, Ultra Mobile PC) & Play Station 3 are only exchangeable for same within 5 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 5 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty service is available.If you are looking for any particular color for cell phone please put it in the comments section of shopping cart. Cell Phone colors are not guranteed.
      Network Operations and some features is network dependent. Please note that the MMS related services are dependent on the network as well as on the compatibility of the devices used and the content formats supported. Please check the availability of MMS, GPRS, WAP, and Internet services with your network operator and/or service provider. Buyers are responsible for ensuring this item's compatibility with their network operator / service provider. Sam stores guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% with support. If you setup the phone properly, you will have the entire feature working on the phone.     • . There will be no refund or exchange if you are unable to setup the browser, mms, sms, gprs, wap or any other internet related setup except the voice feature.

    • All cell phones we sell are Brand New & SIM unlocked so you can use them with any compatible GSM service provider.
    • Triband or Quad band (850/900/1800/1900) Phones can be used WorldWide.Phones with 850 MHz & 1900 MHz can be used in the USA and North America. Models with 1900 MHz will work with AT&T, Voice stream, T-Mobile, Rogers and models with 850 MHz will work with Cingular. Some models may not have English language manuals. You may be able to download English versions from the manufacturer's website.
       
    • Dual Band(900/1800mh) phones are for use overseas in Europe, Australia Asia, Africa and South America. They will not work in  USA & CANADA.
    • Some models may not have English language manuals. You may be able to download English versions from the manufacturer's website. If you are looking for any particular color for cell phone please put it in the comments section of shopping cart. Cell Phone colors are not guranteed. Cell phones are only exchangeable for same within 10 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 10 days.
       
    • PLEASE NOTE: All of our Unlocked GSM Phones come from around the globe. As such, most carry an "International" warranty from the Manufacturer, which will be detailed within your product packaging, if appropriate. Only DOA (Dead on Arrival) Exchanges will be made for this product through the GSM Support Center. No returns are allowed otherwise. There are no exceptions.  All of our unlocked cellular phones are only designed to work on GSM networks such as Cingular and T-Mobile. These phones are NOT compatible with CDMA carriers such as Verizon and Sprint. If your intended service provider is not among those four major carriers, please contact that provider to determine GSM compatibility.

    • Multi-System TVs from any Brand except Philips only carries International manufacturer warranty (Not Valid in US). Philips has World Wide Warranty including USA.
    • All products we sell, except TVs and GSM Cell phones, come with a one-year international warranty (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge. Please check with the manufacturer warranty service is available in USA and Canada
    • After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
      Keep the boxes! Any item that needs to be serviced, exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its original manufacturer carton and with matching serial number and then double boxed. Otherwise we will not be able to repair, exchange or refund for the item.Not valid for Cell phone and Television.
    • Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 15% to 20% restocking fee.
    • Special or commericail units from Brands   Speed queen, Maytag, True cannot be returned 
    • You may upgrade or downgrade an item within 30 days of purchase as long as the originally purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box.Not valid for Cell phone and Television.
    • Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any caseas we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
    • Credit Card Dispute are charged a minimum $35 fee and are immediately turned over to a collection agency, and are reflected on your credit report. We strongly advise you to contact us before desputing any transaction with your credit card institution.
    • Once an order is placed we hold the item for you until it ships out. In case you want to cancel the order there will be a 10% cancellation fee
